會議服裝規定
根據一般會議服裝規定,代表們必須穿著整齊套裝。 參與本會議之所有代表必須遵守以下服裝規定,穿著不恰當之代表將不被允許參與此高峰會。 ※ 套裝 穿著乾淨且無皺紋的套裝會給人一種專業的感覺,套裝是會議中最建議的選擇。 *請勿穿著學校制服,並嚴禁任何得以顯示出該學校的服飾。 ※ 襯衫及上衣 男性請穿著有鈕扣的襯衫,並搭配西裝外套(男性若無穿著西裝外套,將不被賦予發言權)。 女性請穿著有鈕扣的長袖襯衫,可搭配西裝外套或毛衣。 *請勿穿著POLO衫、T恤、露肩上衣(細肩帶)。 ※ 褲子及裙裝 可穿著休閒長褲、西裝長褲,以深色為準。 女性還可著深色套裝窄裙(不可著牛仔裙或棉裙等非正式裙裝),但請加上絲襪,裙子也請勿高於膝蓋兩吋。 *禁止穿著牛仔褲或短褲。 ※ 鞋子 女性以包趾跟鞋為主(不可露趾),但因高跟鞋久穿可能導致腳部不適,可依個人狀況選擇高度(可平底)。 男性一律均須穿著皮鞋開會。 *請勿著運動鞋、拖鞋、人字拖等。 ※ 頭髮 髮型以不遮掩儀容、整齊乾淨為準。 ※ 其他 會議中,除簡單的耳環、項鍊外,請勿配戴珠寶首飾,以維持會議專業。 若您有特殊文化、宗教因素,需要配戴珠寶,請事前來信說明,我們會視情況決定是否另案處理。 晚宴服裝規定 1.活動第二天晚上有外交晚宴,晚宴服裝(dress code)規定為Semi-formal 2.男生請穿著襯衫與西裝褲(可不著西裝外套),女生請穿著裙長不超過膝蓋的洋裝或小禮服。 3.晚會有安排跳舞的節目,因此請穿適合跳舞的鞋子(不可穿球鞋或帆布鞋)。 4.有住宿者可於房間內更換,無住宿者可於廁所更換。 |
Conference Dress Code
As a general rule, delegates should be dressed in Western business attire throughout the duration of the conference. All delegates attending this conference are expected to adhere to this Dress Code. Delegates who are not appropriately dressed will not be allowed to participate in the conference. ※ Suit A clean and wrinkle-free suit always looks professional and is the best option. * No school uniforms. Please refrain from wearing any clothing/accessory that identifies a specific school. ※ Shirts &Tops Males must wear a tie and a button-down shirt, underneath a jacket as part of a business suit. (Males without a suit jacket will lose speaking rights at the conference.) Females may wear a button shirt with a suit jacket or a sweater. * No polo shirts, T-shirts or bare shoulder tops (spaghetti straps). ※Trousers & Bottoms Slacks and suit trousers are both allowed, preferably in dark colors. Females may wear skirts as part of suit but should also wear pantyhose or stockings. The hemline of the skirt should not be more than two inches above the knee. * No jeans or shorts. ※Shoes No footwear revealing toes is allowed Females may wear flats or heels, though heels may prove uncomfortable after some time. Please choose wisely according to personal needs. Males should wear dress shoes or brogues. * No sneakers or flip-flops. ※ Hair Keep hair looking professional at all times; hair must be worn so that your face can be seen easily – bangs coving eyes or a mustache covering most of the lower part of your face simply looks unprofessional. ※ Others In keeping with the professional conference we organize for you, jewelry other than simple earrings or necklaces is not permitted during the conference meetings. If your culture/religion obliges you to wear certain jewelry, please write to organizers BEFOREHAND so that we may make an exception. ※ Regarding the attire for the dinner: Males are required to wear button-down shirts with suit trousers. Females are required to wear dresses no longer than knee length. |
